Located in the Southern Gulf Islands, this national park consists of over 16 islands. Near-perfect weather (warm and dry in the summer mild winter in the winter) makes this park ideal for exploring and recreation.

Ruckle Park derives from Henry Ruckle, an Irish emigrant, who donated his land that he homesteaded in the late 1800's. The family currently operates a small farm and everyone is asked to please respect their privacy. Wildlife viewing is an amazing experience with the blend of forest, shore and field habitats producing a vast array of wildlife.
Mount Maxwell Provincial Park
Mount Maxwell was originally established for its distinguishable
landmark viewing point. Take in the stunning views of Vancouver Island
and the surrounding Gulf Islands from Baynes Peak, one of the highest
points on Salt Spring Island or explore the largest undeveloped estuary
in the Gulf Islands.
