Rail

VIA operates a passenger service on the Western Transcontinental route.   Vancouver is the west end station.

The Amtrak passenger service the Cascades runs between Vancouver, British Columbia and Eugene-Springfield, Oregon.

West Coast Express
A country train service from Mission City …..km east of Vancouver along the Fraser Valley to Vancouver (Waterfront). Only five (5) trains east in the morning and five (5) west in the afternoon. If you stay out east of Vancouver, you could use this service to travel into the big smoke for a look around.
