Location
Located at the south end of Wood River Valley, in the heart of the central Idaho Rockies.
Bellevue
is about 160 miles (a two and a half hour drive)
east of Boise, the state's
capital.

Getting
to Bellevue
Road
Main route in is ID 75 off US 20 to the south. This drive is within
the section of ID-75 designated as Sawtooth Scenic Byway. It can get
a little crowded on the 12-mile stretch between Hailey and Sun Valley, as
it is used by an average of 12,000 vehicles per day. Closest Interstate is
I-84 to the south.
Air
The Friedman Memorial Airport is situated north in Hailey. There are daily services by Horizon Air
(1-800-547-9308) and SkyWest Airlines (1-800-453-9417). Car rental and taxi
services are available at the airport.
Bus
Sun
Valley Express provides trips between Boise
Airport and Wood river Valley via vans that deliver passengers to their specific
destinations. Teton
Stage Lines offers charter motor coaches.

Getting
around Bellevue
The Ketchum Area
Rapid Transit (KART) system provides an excellent free bus transportation throughout
the Wood River Valley, with services every 20 minutes. (phone:

ATTRACTIONS
Museums Old
Town Hall. 206 Main, Bellevue, ID.
Built in 189 to house the town's hand fire cart. A city office was
added in the back in later years. Today, this historic building
houses a museum and the offices of the Idaho
Heritage Trust. The Museum is open weekends in the summer.
