Located a few miles south of Waldport, Beachside lies along a sandy beach ideal for kite flying, storm and whale watching. Picnic area, ADA restrooms and showers are available.

Also known as Ona Beach, (this park was renamed in 2013 to honor the first Oregon State Parks and Recreation chairperson), Brian Booth park is a day use park with easy access to beach, wildlife viewing and is perfect for large gatherings. ADA picnic areas and restrooms are available.

Driftwood is a day use park open year round with a wide, flat, sandy beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and beachcombing. ADA accessible picnic areas and restrooms are available.

Governor is a day use park open year round providing an excellent spot to watch whales, seals, storms and scenic sunsets. ADA accessible picnic areas and restrooms are available.

Located 7 miles south of Newport, Lost Creek has beach access, picnicking and whale watching opportunities. Restrooms are available.

Seal Rock is a day use park open year round. Large off shore rock formations are home to seals, sea lions, marine birds and other marine life. ADA accessible picnic areas, wildlife viewing areas and restrooms are available.

Open year round, Smelt Sands is a day use park known for tide pooling and rock fishing. There is a viewpoint for whale watching and photography. There is a historic walking trail with benches along the route. Restrooms are available.

W.B. Nelson is a small day use park with a small freshwater lake and fishing dock and is known for abundant waterfowl with the scenic wetland. A picnic area and ADA accessible restrooms and wildlife viewing site are available.

Located south of Yachats, this one mile scenic loop shows amazing viewpoints of Yachats Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Stop anywhere on the loop to access the beach, tide pools, and whale watching.

Located in the heart of Yachats, this day use park offers a scenic view of Yachats River where it meets the Pacific Ocean. Here you can watch the gray whales migrations. ADA accessible restrooms are available.
