Puget Sound Travel Region

Southworth, Washington

Southworth is a small community located on the Puget Sound in Kitsap County. One grocery store is still in operation from the original 19th century building and a post office make up the downtown area.

Blake Island is a popular kayaking destination. Kayaks can be launched from the docks next to the ferry.

For information on where to stay, where to eat and dine, what to do and what to see, see the nearby communities of Bremerton, Silverdale and Port Orchard. Seattle is a short ferry ride away for those seeking a metropolitan area.
