May to October Vashon Island's Kayak Center rents kayaks by the hour
and the day, 10a.m. to 5p.m. weekends. Guided tours run year round by
appointment
for groups of two or more. Summer kayaking camps teach safety and
navigation to kids and adults. Gunkholing the harbor, overnights and
moonlight paddles are among the most popular trips available from the
