Fish Lake
A 500-acre lake just northeast of Lake Wenatchee known for trophy-class brown trout. Species also include rainbow trout, largemouth and smallmouth bass and yellow perch.
The only boat ramp is at Cove Resort, Phone: 509-763-3130, where you can launch for a small fee.
Directions: From Leavenworth, drive west on Highway 2 to the intersection of State Route 207. Follow highway 207 north past the intersection of highway 209. Cross the river on a steel bridge and then bear right at the Y a short distance to the lake.
Lake Wenatchee
This 2,480-acre lake has 13.3 miles of shoreline and offers boating, camping and hiking as well as fishing.
Species include kokanee, sockeye salmon and bull trout.
Directions: From Leavenworth, drive west on Highway 2 to the intersection of State Route 207. Follow highway 207 north to the lake.
