A scenic 30-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island has rustic charm with quiet country roads and lovely gardens making this a favorite destination.  Known for its arts community, Bainbridge has its own Performing Arts Center and Arts & Crafts Gallery featuring regional artists.  Enjoy shopping in historic Winslow with its trendy cafes and one of a kind island shops where you can find unusual gifts from the Northwest and beyond. Outdoor enthusiast will enjoy a walk through the Bloedel Reserve, and nature lover's paradise.  Other fun outdoor activities include hiking, biking, equestrian trails, golf and tennis.  From Bainbridge Island you can cross the Agate Pass Bridge to the Kitsap Peninsula.
