Grand Teton National Park is located south of Yellowstone National Park in northwestern Wyoming. The park is named after the tallest mountain in the Teton Range. Established on February 26, 1929, Grand Teton National Park covers over 480 square miles of land and water with about 200 miles of hiking trails and is part of the Rocky Mountains.

Grand Teton National Park averages about 4 million visitors per year.
