The Seattle Waterfront has nearly 30 dining options to choose from, whether you're looking for a quick lunch as you rush to catch the ferry, a leisurely brunch on a Sunday morning, or an elegant dinner with breathtaking views of Elliot Bay.
Fish and chips, pizza and burgers are readily available at open-air vendors along Alaskan Way. Just park along the street for about $4 dollars an hour (free on Sundays), or scope out one of the many garages available. Hop out of your car, grab a bite and enjoy a picnic lunch at Waterfront Park or on one of the many piers, and take in the amazing view of the sound and the Olympic Mountains.
Plan on catching a ferry or charter boat to explore more of the Northwest? Start your day off on a high note with a donut or fritter and latte from one of the many bakeries and coffee shops situated along the waterfront. Or, if you have some extra time, cozy up to some smoked salmon eggs Benedict and enjoy a savory northwest breakfast. To take in the sights and sounds of the Seattle waterfront on a sunny
day, choose from one of many restaurants that offer outdoor seating.
Indulge in a bowl of fresh clam chowder as you sit above the water and
watch seagulls catch their lunch from the Puget Sound waters. Just a
quick walk up from the waterfront is Pike Place Market, where you'll
find an abundance of international fare and cuisine to satisfy any
taste.
If you're in the mood to dress up and hit the town, there are plenty of formal waterfront dining options. Most restaurants offer valet parking, usually starting around $8 dollars, making it easy to enjoy a stress-free night out. Fresh oysters, salmon and crab are just some of the many seafood dinner options, but there is plenty for the meat lover as well, with world class steaks and juicy, gourmet hamburgers readily available on almost every menu.
To finish off an incredible night on the Seattle waterfront nightlife, indulge in a bottle of wine and jam to some blues music at a local pub. Or savor a classy cocktail as you watch the sunset from the deck bar of a waterfront lounge. Whether you're ready to let your hair down and dance the night away, or simple enjoy the company of friends with a glass of merlot, the Seattle waterfront has the nightlife experience you're craving.
