Government Mineral Springs Cabin: Located north of Carson off Forest Road 3065, this 2 story cabin with a covered front porch features a large kitchen with a propane stove, dining room, and living room with fireplace and two futons that fold down into double beds. Two upstairs bedrooms can accommodate five, with two single beds in one bedroom and one bunk bed that sleeps three in a second bedroom. There is a vault toilet, propane heater, propane lights and fire wood. There is no potable water. When snow is present all visitors must park at the sno-park. A Washington Sno-park permit is required. Nearest town is Carson. GPS: 45.88119; -121.993146.

Open year-round, Beacon Rock is located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. All campsites are first come, first served basis. There are 3 campgrounds: the main campground offers 26 tent sites and a limited number of sites that can accommodate RV's over 20 feet. Woodard Creek Campground is open year-round and has 5 utility sites with electricity, water and sewage that can accommodate RV's up to 40 feet long. The equestrian campsites are located at the equestrian trailhead that offer 2 standard sites that will each accommodate a horse trailer and each have a hi-line for horses, livestock water and a CXT vault toilet. No potable water and no electricity. Group campground for tent and RV use accommodates up to 200 people and include a kitchen shelter with power, 1 picnic shelter, 2 three sided sleeping shelters and 2 vault toilets. Showers are available in main campground and moorage area.
