Baker-Snoqualmie Forest offers countless recreational activities including but not limited to fishing, river rafting, kayaking, boating, swimming, hiking, snowshoeing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, bicycling, climbing, OHV, horseback riding and hunting. Wild Sky and the Henry M Jackson Wilderness Areas offer even more recreational activities.

Located on the west side of the Cascades just 2 miles northeast of Goldbar, Wallace Falls has shoreline on the Wallace River, Wallace Lake, Jay Lake, Shaw Lake and the Skykomish River providing water activities such as swimming, fishing non-motorized boating and whitewater kayaking. Be sure to view the beautiful 265 foot waterfall, Wallace Falls. Rock climbing is found 12 miles east of Wallace Falls at the Index Town Wall. Hiking and biking trails, mountain climbing and snow activities are waiting for the outdoor enthusiast.
