The mission of GoNorthwest.com is to promote the beauty and natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest; and the culture, people and businesses that make visiting and living in the Northwest so enjoyable.
We are doing this by tapping into the potential of the internet to bring people together. Go Northwest! functions partly like a traditional hardcopy directory, partly like a traditional hardcopy travel guide, and partly like a specialized search engine or portal. Go Northwest! brings the traveler into contact with the travel business or destination, and the visitor into contact with the knowledgeable local.
Serving the Traveler
From a traveler's point of view, Go Northwest! is nearly unique in
its focus on the Northwest as a travel destination. By pulling together more
than fifty types of travel destinations and services, from museums to bed &
breakfasts to helicopter tours, this web site removes the hours of
frustrating searching. Via the structure of the Go Northwest! web
site, the traveler can explore the Northwest region according to his or her
individual taste. Meander through state regions, or jump directly to a city.
Serving the Travel & Hospitality Industry
From the point of view of a travel business, Go Northwest! can
increase the exposure of a web site or home page. A web site listed with Go
Northwest! will be found by people looking to either the Northwest, a
Northwest state, or state region as a travel destination, and by people
looking for a particular experience such as rafting or a romantic getaway.
A local business of the Northwest
We are headquartered the Pacific Northwest and enjoy traveling and
experiencing the very attractions, accommodations, and activities that can
be found on the Go Northwest! web site.
Whether you are planning your own adventure in the Northwest, or simply curious to learn more, we hope you enjoy exploring Go Northwest!
