The North Cascades Lodge at Stehekin is part of the North Cascades National Park Complex and is a National Park Service concession operated privately by Lake Chelan Recreation, Inc. The lodge is a year-round resort, offering a truly unique experience. It is located at the headwaters of Lake Chelan deep in the heart of the Cascade Mountain Range and is accessible only by the Lady of the Lake ferry boat, float plane, or mountain trail. There are no roads to Stehekin, no telephones (one pay phone), and no television. Just peace and quiet in the great outdoors.
