Central Wyoming, with so much to see and do, challenges visitors with its' many attractions and activities. The surrounding landscape goes from sage-covered plains to the tree-covered mountains of the Laramie Range. Central Wyoming has year round adventure activities for visitors ranging from hiking, fishing, big game hunting, river rafting, camping, snowboarding, snow shoeing and downhill skiing. Visitors seeking a taste of Western ranch life can choose from innumerable Guest and Dude ranches. Boaters will find several reservoirs, among them Glendo and Guernsey State Parks, for all manner of aquatic fun. Both Parks have camping facilities.
Central Wyoming offers numerous hotels, campgrounds and RV Parks. The area also boasts a vast array of dining options from pub grub to the very best in western cooking.
