Dungeness Recreation Area. From Highway 101 turn onto Kitchen-Dick Road near milepost 260 for approximately 3-1/2 miles to the park entrance. Phone: 360-683-5847. E-mail

Arranged in two loops in a forested area of the park, 66 campsites (two are host sites and another two are ADA accessible) are located. Some of the sites can be reserved while others are on a first come, first serve basis. Two fully ADA accessible restrooms with coin-operated showers, water faucets throughout the park and firewood for purchase are available.

Campgrounds

  • Collins Campground: Located along the shore of the Duckabush River. Elevation 22 feet, first come, first served, 2 vault toilets, trailers and RVs 21' maximum. Nearest town is Brinnon. GPS: 47.6825; -123.019694.
  • Dungeness Forks Campground: Located at the fork of the Dungeness and Graywolf Rivers. Elevation 1,000 feet, first come first served, volt toilet, pets on leash, 14 day maximum stay, no trailer or RVs. Nearest town is Sequim. GPS: 47.972111; -123.11225.
  • Falls View Campground: Located on Highway 101, 3 ½ miles south of Quilcene. Elevation 400 feet, first come, first served, 1 vault toilet, trailers and RVs 21' maximum. Nearest town is Quilcene. GPS: 47.790556; -122.926306.
  • Seal Rock Campground: Located 2 miles north of Brinnon on the Hood Canal. Elevation 100 feet, first come, first service, potable water, 2 flush toilets, trailers and RVs up to 21' maximum, handicapped sites. Nearest town is Quilcene. GPS: 47.709278; -122.890083.

  • Deer Ridge Trail #846: Located about 3 miles west of Sequim. Elevation: 2,540 to 4,750 feet. GPS: 47.964722; -123.194167.
  • Elkhorn Campground: Located along the Dosewallips River. Nearest town is Quilcene. Elevation: 600 feet. GPS: 47.72988611; -123.094583.
  • Slab Camp/Deer Ridge Trailhead:Located on FS Road #2875. Nearest town is Sequim. Elevation: 2540 feet. GPS: 47.96579444; -123.1981556 .

Camping in Sequim Bay Park consists of 49 tent spaces, 15 utility spaces, three restrooms and showers. One restroom and two showers are ADA compliant. Group accommodations are available for up to 40 people along with a kitchen and horseshoe pit.
