This annual gift and craft sale by local artists takes place
Thanksgiving weekend at the Camp Sherman Community Hall. Some of the
proceeds benefit the Black Butte School Foundation.
Outdoor Cookout & Live Music Events
This outdoor music event happens on Saturday evenings on the weekends of
Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Enjoy listening to the
music while dining on burger and chicken sandwich meals from the outdoor
grill. Sponsored by the Camp Sherman Store.
Pine Needlers Quilt Show
Twice a year this one day quilt show is held at the Camp Sherman
Community Hall. The summer show is held on the same weekend as the Quilt
Show in Sisters.

Open year-round, Wizard Falls Hatchery raises Trout, Kokanee and Atlantic salmon. In a park-like setting, view the fish from a platform, see the display ponds and the Interpretive signs. May through June are the best months to see the Canada geese gosling. If you would a group tour, be sure to make your plans in advance.

The Sisters-Metolius Area of the Deschutes is packed full of outdoor activities. For the water enthusiast Suttle Lake offers fishing, motorized and non-motorized boating, swimming, waterskiing and windsurfing. In the winter, go cross country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling the Lower Three Creek and Upper Three Creek Sno-Park. Numerous trails provide mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding opportunities.
