Lake View Cemetery
Final resting place of Seattle's pioneers, the people whose names now grace
the city's streets, parks, and buildings. Some of the graves include Bruce
Lee and his son Brandon Lee.
Jimi Hendrix Commemorative Statue
Located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood at 900 E. Pine Street, the
Jimi Hendrix statue shows this local artist on his knees playing his guitar
with all his soul. Local artist Daryl Smith created the bronze statue from
photos of Hendrix in the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967.

In 2009 Cal Anderson Park was recognized by Forbes as one of the nation's best parks. This park offers a wide array of attractions and recreational opportunities. Points of interest include a fountain, reflecting pool, promenade paths an oversize chess boards. Both the paths and play area are ADA compliant. Other amenities include tennis court, sports field, wading pool and more. The Cal Anderson Park Alliance (CAPA) is is an organization that brings citizens and park employees together to build innovative activities and programs in this park.

Located on Capitol Hill, Volunteer Park was once the home to the Seattle Art Museum, a building which is now occupied by the Seattle Asian Art Museum.
