Tolmie is 105-acre park consists of 1, 800 feet of saltwater shoreline on the Puget Sound. Located on Nisqually Beach, this park provides numerous beach activities as well as an underwater park featuring an artificial reef.

Situated on the shores of Hick Lake, this 16 acre park features grassy picnic areas, bank fishing, walking trails and views of Mt. Rainier.
Wonderwood Park. 5304 32nd Avenue SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
Thirty nine acres of natural woodland are combined with recreational facilities located in the center of Lacey, offering paved pathways winding through the woods along with sports fields and courts.
Woodland Creek Community Park. 6729 Pacific Avenue SE, Lacey, WA 98503.
Home to the Lacey Community Center, the Lacey Senior Center, and the White House," this 72 acre park features picnic shelters with barbeque grills, restrooms, play equipment and paved walkways. Year-round fishing is provided for kids 14 years old and under at Long Pond.

I-5 Trail
This 3 mile hiking and biking paved trail connects the
satellite State Campus in Lacey to the main campus in Olympia. Parking
is available at the Lacey Library Complex located at 420 College Street SE.
William Ives Trail
This mile and a half trail leads through a nature
preserve with views of the fairways at the Woodlands Golf Course. The
trailheads are located on Williamette Drive, ¼ mile south of Campus
Drive NE and at Meridian Neighborhood Park.
Woodland Trail
Paralleling Pacific Avenue for a little over 2 miles,
this paved hiking and biking trail connects Woodland Creek Community
Park on the east and the Chehalis-Western and Olympia Woodland Trails at
the west.

Long Lake Parks consists
of 285 feet on beach frontage plus 10 heavily wooded acres. Activities
include swimming, volleyball, trails and barbeque facilities.

Specifically created for migratory birds, the Nisqually Refuge consists of 3,000 acres of salt and freshwater marshes, grasslands and mixed forest habitats. Visit the Visitor Center which includes The Nature Shop, information desk, view of the freshwater marsh and interpretive exhibits.
