Allyn, North Mason County
Allyn is located on Case Inlet and features tourist attractions, RV parks, dining facilities, a fishing pier, boat launch, and a public golf course.

Bainbridge Island
A scenic 30-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island has rustic charm with quiet country roads and lovely gardens making this a favorite destination. Known for its arts community, Bainbridge has its own Performing Arts Center and Arts & Crafts Gallery featuring regional artists. Enjoy shopping in historic Winslow with its trendy cafes and one of a kind island shops where you can find unusual gifts from the Northwest and beyond. Outdoor enthusiast will enjoy a walk through the Bloedel Reserve, and nature lover's paradise. Other fun outdoor activities include hiking, biking, equestrian trails, golf and tennis. From Bainbridge Island you can cross the Agate Pass Bridge to the Kitsap Peninsula.

Bangor, Central Kitsap County

Belfair, North Mason County
On Hood Canal near many lakes. Boating, fishing, hiking, biking, camping opportunities abound. Visit the Theler Wetlands Nature Trail.

Bremerton, Central Kitsap County
Bremerton is located on one of Puget Sound's many harbors and has been the home of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard since 1891. Harbor tours pass the shipyard where the Navy's inactive fleet is moored. The USS Turner Joy, a navy destroyer, now functions as a naval memorial museum. Cultural attractions include the Amy Burnett Gallery, the Admiral Theater, the Bremerton Naval museum, and the Kitsap County Historical Society Museum. Bremerton's annual Armed Forces Festival in May, first celebrated in 1938, is the oldest event of its kind in the country.

Brownsville, Central Kitsap County
One of Puget Sound's most secluded and snug harbors. The Port of Brownsville Marina has all the amenities of a large marina but with the charm, peacefulness and rustic setting of a small rural community. The Port facility offers both guest and permanent moorager's electrical and water hook-ups, making this an excellent place to stay or visit.

Burley, South Kitsap County

Fox Island, Pierce County

Gig Harbor, Pierce County
Gig Harbor, the southern gateway to the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas, lies just across the dramatic Tacoma Narrows Bridge from Tacoma. This tucked-away town sits on a scenic inlet framing a postcard-perfect view of Mount Rainier. Gig Harbor's strong Scandinavian and Croatian heritage has always influenced its nautical lifestyle and fishing-village character. Today specialty shops, creative boutiques, art galleries and waterfront restaurants add to its appeal and make it a wonderful get-away.

Gorst, South Kitsap County
The tiny hamlet of Gorst was the birthplace of Gorst Air Transport, a tiny carrier that was the basis upon which United Air Transport was built. Aviation magnate William Boeing turned the small air service into the legendary company that now bears the United Air Lines name.

Grapeview, North Mason County
On scenic Case Inlet and named for nearby vineyards, Grapeview is a small, quiet community convenient for boating, fishing, and sightseeing activities.

Hansville, North Kitsap County
Hansville is located on the northern tip of the Kitsap Peninsula affording breathtaking views, an abundance of wildlife viewing and bird watching. This picturesque rural community enjoys some of the country's lowest rainfall totals, making it an ideal outdoor recreation site. Scenic 157-acre Buck Lake County Park and Point No Point Light House and its surrounding 60-acre park are nearby.

Indianola, North Kitsap County
This rural residential area, located between Kingston and Suquamish, was originally established as a summer community. Indianola boasts one of the best places in the county to watch the stars or any major celestial event. The Indianola dock, built when the Mosquito Fleet boats supplied the majority of transportation on Puget Sound, is a local landmark that's perfect for stargazing. It juts hundreds of feet out into the water.

Key Center, Pierce County

Keyport, Central Kitsap County
"Torpedo Town, USA" is the home of the Naval Undersea Museum, a joint project between the U.S. Navy and the local Museum Foundation. It is also home to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, the second-largest employer in Kitsap County.

Kingston, North Kitsap County
On the shore of Appletree Cove, Kingston is a 30-minute ferry ride from Edmonds. Known as the "Little City by the Sea", Kingston is the gateway to the Kitsap Peninsula and Olympic National Park & Forest. Three-lined streets lead visitors to Old Town shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The community hosts a variety of events during the year, including its popular Farmer's Market, held on Saturdays May-October at the Port of Kingston, Marina Park, next to the ferry dock.

Little Boston, North Kitsap County

Manchester, South Kitsap County
A charming waterfront village with spectacular views of Puget Sound, a public boat dock, bike routes, shopping, and a restaurant. Manchester, a sub district of Port Orchard, and is uniquely located between ferries to Bremerton, Vashon and Fauntleroy in West Seattle.

Navy Yard City, Central Kitsap County

Olalla, South Kitsap County
Stay in a tranquil bed and breakfast inn and enjoy Olalla's forested hills, small farms, and country roads.

Port Gamble, North Kitsap County
One of the last "company towns" in existence, Port Gamble is a walk back in time. Visit the cemetery which is the resting place of the first U.S. Navy man killed in service. Another point of interest is the town's general store and museum, which is on the lower floor of the store.

Port Ludlow, Olympic Peninsula
Transient moorage for about 50 boats plus 350 feet of dock. Adjacent to the golf course, conference center, shopping and dining.

Port Orchard, South Kitsap
County Port Orchard was founded in 1886 and became the Kitsap County seat in 1893. The city is located just south of Bremerton across the Sinclair Inlet. The passenger-only ferry, known as the ""foot Ferry"", links the two cities. Marina Park, with its boardwalk and covered gazebo, offers beach access and is the site of the summer outdoor Farmer's Market.

Poulsbo, North Kitsap County
In 1882, Norwegian immigrants established the fishing and farming community of Poulsbo on the Kitsap Peninsula fjord. Today, picturesque Poulsbo is know as "Little Norway on the Fjord". Visitors enjoy the city's international flavor, galleries, antiques and other unique shops, waterfront restaurants, kayaking Liberty Bay, and Marine Science Center.

Seabeck, Central Kitsap County
A peaceful Hood Canal settlement with a quaint marina, small store, gallery and breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains. Scenic Beach State Park is a popular site for oyster harvesting and salmon fishing, includes campsites and a small marina.

Shelton, Mason County
Shelton serves the needs of the residents and thousands of tourists who travel Highway 101 and Highway 3. Nestled among trees and water, Shelton is a relaxing, quaint city.

Silverdale, Central Kitsap County
Silverdale's rapid growth was spurred in part by the Navy's decision to build a base for Trident nuclear submarines at Bangor, just minutes north of Silverdale. Local attractions include Kitsap Mall and the marina and Waterfront Park, along Dyes Inlet. The local favorite is the scenic Clear Creek Trail, which winds through Silverdale's urban areas.

South Colby, South Kitsap County

Southworth, South Kitsap County
A seaside playground for the Suquamish Indians in the 19th century, Southworth became a vacation retreat in the 20th century for Seattle residents. Docks constructed to serve the Mosquito Fleet vessels and private boat owners before automobiles were invented in the 1920's now await the large ferries bound for West Seattle. A small town with one grocery store still operating in the original early 1890's building and a small post office of the same vintage comprise Southworth's downtown.

Suquamish, North Kitsap County
Suquamish is on the Port Madison Indian Reservation, home of the Suquamish tribe. One of the most influential leaders of the Northwest, Chief Seattle, lived here and he is buried at Suquamish Memorial Cemetery. Located along Agate Pass and on Madison Bay, Suquamish enjoys some of Kitsap Peninsula's most spectacular views, looking across Puget Sound at Seattle, the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier.

Tahuya, North Mason County
Small, peaceful community located on beautiful Hood Canal. Fishing lakes nearby as well as hiking and biking trails, campgrounds, and resorts.

Tracyton, Central Kitsap County
Settled in 1853 as a logging town, Tracyton sits on the east side of Dye Inlet, between Silverdale and the town of Bremerton. Amazing views across the water of the Olympic Mountains and sunsets make this a picture perfect small community.

Union, North Mason County
A vacationer's paradise! The beautiful Hood Canal attracts many water and seafood lovers and anyone wanting to relax.
